First-time members enter birthday as MM/DD/YY. Admins enter last name the first time, then create a new password.

Phones and browsers can now save/fill your login. On iPhone, Android, and password managers, Face ID, Touch ID, or biometric unlock can be used by the device to fill the saved password.

PIN / Employee Number

This only tells admins you need a reset. An admin will issue the temporary password from Admin Settings.
